Located in the heart of the Capital City, at the Baton Rouge River Center, this conference will draw attendees from across the state. 60 booth spaces showcase products and services related to: industrial hygiene, ergonomics, insurance, fire safety, protective apparel, consulting, safety training programs, fall protection, mold remediation, hazardous materials, safety glasses, ear protection, safety shoes, noise control, gas detection, and much more.

Safety, Security, Emergency Preparedness and Health Professionals from the Chemical, Construction, CET, Emergency Management, Environmental Management, Fire, Healthcare, Human Resource, Nursing, Industrial, Insurance, Industrial Hygiene, Public Employer, Municipalities, Utilities, and Security & Transportation arenas.

Place an ad in the official show program. Visitors refer to the program for booth locations, show information, and floor plans. All ads must be a four color process and are due by October 5, 2009.

Ad Requirements: artwork should be 300 dpi. Camera-ready TIFF, JPEG, PDF, or EPS files should be emailed to mmatherne@safetylca.org. Acceptable programs include Quark, Photoshop & Illustrator. For more information on artwork requirements, call Melissa Matherne at 225.282.3315.

The Baton Rouge River Center has a covered loading dock area with one (1) roll up door (18’x16’) that provides direct access to the Exhibit Hall floor for easy unloading and loading. There is one (1) street access door (24’ x 20’) located on the southeast side of the facility (corner of Government Street and St. Phillip Street) with direct access to the Exhibit Hall floor.

Note: The Baton Rouge River Center does not allow helium balloons.

While so many conferences have suspended FREE services… we haven’t. We understand the crucial role conference marketing plays in your acquisition of qualified leads so with your exhibitor registration you will receive unlimited visitor tickets to the Exhibit Hall floor. After the Conference you will be mailed conference-goer contact information.
